Christine Knapp grew up in Mayfield Village, Ohio, in an Italian family that helped shape her strong work ethic and community‑focused mindset. She is a seasoned sales and operations professional with years of leadership experience in the youth sports and staffing industries, supported by a degree in education. Throughout her career, Christine has built strong teams and driven consistent growth. She has also spent time coaching gymnastics and cheer, further deepening her passion for youth development.

Outside of work, Christine and her husband, Brad, invest in and flip homes, combining strategic insight with hands‑on creativity. She is a proud parent to a blended family of four children. In her free time, Christine loves traveling with her family, with a shared goal of exploring abroad at least once each year.
