Choose Kind Grant Request

Choose Kind typically funds organizations and programs that align with our mission: to help families and children facing situations of need such as homelessness, severe illness, financial distress, and other challenges.

We review and award grants on a quarterly basis. Please fill out all sections below to be considered. We are currently only able to award funding to 501 c 3 non-profits so please attach a copy of your IRS determination letter and most current 990.
